Dr. Gerald T. Ealey was appointed to serve as FRESH OIL FAMILY WORSHIP CENTER's Senior Pastor November 2013. Prior to that, he served as Pastor of Greater Harvest Community International in Miami, Florida.

The attributes that best describe  Dr. Ealey as a pastor are strong preaching, leadership development and counseling. He has expressed a burning desire to lead a church like FRESH OIL FAMILY WORSHIP CENTER where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the body of Christ.  Pastor Ealey takes worship and preaching very seriously, spending the first hours of his day focused on Bible study.

He graduated from Jacksonville Theological Seminary in 2008 with a degree in Doctoral of Christian Education.

Dr. Ealey has been  married for 25 years to his wife, Lady Lavonia Ealey. They have 3 Children: Rashad, Britney & Brandon.

is involved in many ministries. She is especially active in the Women’s Ministry.  She is a First Lady that reaches out to all no matter what the circumstance.  Instead of being served, she enjoys serving others; truly operating in her "Gift of Help".  Lady Ealey takes pride in being, "Just Plain Lady E," nothing fancy, but is known by members of FOFWC whom has given her the pet name of “Last Lady". Having fulfilling some of her dreams, Lady Ealey has received Both Associate of Arts Degree, A.S. Degree and a BSN in Nursing, ordained as an Evangelist of GHCOC in 2008. Lady Ealey has a unusual revelation of not only Spiritual principles, but also basic life Situations. She is the mother of three children, Rashad, Britney, and Brandon; and the proud grandmother of three grandchildren, Zaria, Kodi, Kali.
